Refund Policy

We stand behind our service 100%. However, if we are unable to fix your issue or answer your question a full refund will be issued. If you decide to cancel your support or training request before we have an opportunity to work on it for what ever reason or you are unable to provide the access we need, there will be a refund* of only 50% of what was paid to us.
